Preliminary provisions

The Studio 888 online store is operated by an individual, contact: studio888lab@gmail.com. The place of business is Legnica, Poland.

These Terms and Conditions are addressed to Consumers and outline the rules for using the Store, entering into distance sales contracts, payment and delivery methods, as well as the rules for returns, liability, and personal data protection.

Definitions

Consumer – an individual who makes a purchase not directly related to their business activity.

Customer – person making a purchase from the Store.

Seller – the owner of the Studio 888 brand.

Shop – the Studio 888 online store operating on the Shopify platform.

Product – a personalized book or other handmade product available in the Shop.

Order – a declaration of the Customer’s intent to conclude a sales contract.

Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Shop.

 

General

The products offered by Studio 888 are handmade and personalised based on the data provided by the Customer.

Studio 888 books are personalized and created for entertainment and developmental purposes. The information contained within them is based on symbolic interpretations of astrology or numerology and should not be considered scientific, legal, financial, or medical advice. The author is not responsible for any decisions made based on this content. The books are not associated with any religion.


The prices listed in the Store are final and expressed in Polish zlotys. Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Product, as indicated on the Store's website when placing the order.

 

Order details

Cosmogram: first name, date, time and place of birth.

Numerological portrait: first name, middle name, surname, date of birth, nickname.

 

Personalisation
Information about available personalisation options (e.g., cover colour, book language, and the option to add a message) can be found on the specific product page. For non-standard requests or custom materials, the Customer may contact the Seller via the contact form.

 

Order Fulfilment
The processing time is approximately 14 business days. Production begins once payment has been received and all details have been confirmed.
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
Details can be edited within 24 hours by sending an email with the order number.

 

Payment and Delivery
Advance payment methods: BLIK, Visa, Mastercard
Shipping is carried out via InPost (approximately 2 business days from dispatch).
International delivery – coming soon.

 

Right to Withdraw
Pursuant to art. 38(7) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made to individual order. At Studio 888, each book is personalised and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. However, it is possible to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing and paying for it, provided that production has not yet begun.

 

Complaints
The Customer has the right to file a complaint if they receive a damaged product or a product that does not match their order.
Complaints should be submitted via email to: studio888lab@gmail.com, including a description of the issue and a photo of the product.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar from the date the complaint is received.
Each product is handmade and personalised based on the information provided by the Customer.

Complaints should be submitted without undue delay after the defect is discovered. The Seller is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or handling of the product.

 

The following are not grounds for a complaint:

  • Subjective opinions regarding the appearance or content of the product.
  • Minor visual differences resulting from the properties of the materials (e.g., shade variations due to lighting). These are natural characteristics of the fabric and do not constitute a defect.
  • Errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
  • Natural signs of handmade production (e.g., visible glue texture, slight asymmetry, etc.), which are part of the product’s unique character.

If a complaint is accepted, the Seller will offer one of the following forms of resolution:

  • Correction of the product,
  • A partial refund, or
  • Another form of compensastion agreed upon with the Customer.

    Proof of Purchase
    A purchase confirmation is sent automatically. 

    Copyright and Disclaimer
    The publications are symbolic and educational in nature. The author is not responsible for any decisions made based on their content.
    All copyrights to the layout, content, and covers are reserved. Copying or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

    Personal Data Protection
    Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    The data controller is the owner of Studio 888.
    Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
    Customers have the right to access and modify their personal data.

    Final Provisions
    All agreements are concluded in Polish.
    In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
    Studio 888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in the law or service conditions).
